Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition as received
in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
your order number
a short description of the issue
photos or video showing the problem
We will offer either:
a replacement, or
a full refund (your choice)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
